1. Sales Manager - (Location - Bangalore / Chennai / Pune)

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those to plans to the Business Head.

 

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.

  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

  • Identify emerging markets in the region and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements

  • Knowledge or sound selling experience of software solutions like ERP, AI, Automation, Cyber Security, and staffing.

  • Market experience of India is key selection criteria and having experience in International market is added benefit.

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.

  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

  • Arabic and English speaking.

  • Presentation and proposal preparation skills.

2. Inside Sales Executive  (Location - Bangalore / Chennai / Pune)

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Executive that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify sales opportunities through tele-calling, social media, emails, networking and partner relationships.

  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about ERP, AI, Automation, Cyber Security, and staffing.

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, competitive offerings and other business issues relevant to the position.

  • Document daily lead generation activities in CRM, prepare accurate reports and lead generation forecasts

  • Operates under moderate supervision with frequent reviews of work.

Requirements

  • Min. 2+ years’ experience with inside sales, market development activities in software industry. Freshers with good communication skill and basic knowledge of ERP will also be considered.

  • Experience in B2B sales.

  • Motivated by cold calling, asking probing questions and gathering information. 

  • Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Research skills, including experience using Microsoft Office, CRM and Webex, Gotomeeting etc.
